SCOUT
Handy info on SCOUT!
PAAR recently rolled out SCOUT for the Residential MLS which allows members to login to the MLS without a token! If you are a member of both the residential and commercial MLS’s you may have noticed the “mls switcher” button disappeared. The reason for this is that the two mls’s are hosted on separate URLs and you will now login to each system separately. Below you will find the two URLs for you to cut and paste onto your desktop. Once saved, you can link directly to either the MLS or CMLS or have both open at the same time.

IAR provided real estate expertise needed to craft this legislation, which aims to result in more accurate property tax assessments.
