GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute)

GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute) is the most recognized professional designation in the real estate industry. The designation is conferred on qualified individuals by the state association of REALTORS, with educational requirements established by the National Association of REALTORS. The only prerequisite is that you are a member of the National Association of REALTORS. The REALTOR Institute of Illinois provides an educational program which is second to none in the real estate industry. GRI is the only REALTOR designation that does not require a payment of an annual renewal fee! Continuing education credits are included in all Institute courses, including the Graduate Course.
